I frequently say that I have the best job on the planet, because I do! I believe in the power of connection, compassion, validation, and accountability. I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 15 and older using a variety of modalities. These modalities include Internal Family Systems, Systemic Theory, and Collaborative Theory. Everyone deserves someone who can sit by them as they navigate life's challenges.
